Chicken Curry

I made this one with baked brown rice and it was really yummy. Not as strong as I thought it would be

(I know curry is an acquired taste). I loved it.

Once per week, on a Sunday or Monday, we will email you that weeks ingredient. You have from then until the following Saturday to create or find a "Clean Eating" recipe using that ingredient, and then post it on the website. We want to be able to expand our cooking knowledge and learn healthy new recipes.
Clean eating is just eating food as natural as possible, leaving out white sugars and flour, and eating more nutritious whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and lean meats.
You can also post any random things you already make at home that you have rewritten and made healthier!
